Living Within His Protective Arms

Deuteronomy 10:17-19
For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes. He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the alien, giving him food and clothing. And you are to love those who are aliens, for you yourselves were aliens in Egypt.

How easy it is to live within the protective love our God, our Father. How often in scripture does He invite us into the protection of His love. And He asks so little in return.
Deuteronomy 6:5-6
New King James Version (NKJV)
5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.

We are invited into the loving arms of a Father of boundless capacity to love and protect. There is no where we can go and no situation we can encounter that puts us outside of His sphere of influence.

We need not make this walk with God too complicated to follow. We need only to hold on to His hand and follow his commandments. And the most rewarding thing is the knowledge that He will help us when we submit to His will.
Matthew 22:36-40
Contemporary English Version (CEV)

36"Teacher, what is the most important commandment in the Law?"
    37Jesus answered:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. 38This is the first and most important commandment. 39The second most important commandment is like this one. And it is, "Love others as much as you love yourself." 40All the Law of Moses and the Books of the Prophets are based on these two commandments.

Old Testament or New Testament... The command remains the same. The price of admission into the loving protection of God is reachable by even the lowest of us, His children

Welcome, and come on board!

May God Forever Be a Blessing in Your Life!!!
